Project overview
Creu were appointed by Denbighshire CC to prepare a feasibility study for the renovation and conversation of 49 – 55 Queen Street, Rhyl into a mixed use commercial unit. Facilities to include retail opportunities, mixed scale business facilities, conference and teaching spaces.
Development of the concept designs involved close collaboration with Denbighshire’s Townscape Heritage Initiative, Planning and Conservation departments as well as Rhyl City Strategy, Coleg Llandrillo and the Welsh Government.
