The site is located in Denbigh’s Conservation Area, is bounded by Listed buildings and on a sloping site therefore careful consideration has been given to the form and design of the proposed office development. From inception the Architectural model has been created by Creu in Revit Architecture and a BIM protocol has been utilised for the development of the scheme. As well as Client and Local Authority buy in using 3d visual outputs the design team have also benefited from early structural evaluation, solar analysis, mechanical analysis and quantity take-offs using the BIM methodology of working.
