Project overview
Located in Denbigh’s Conservation Area the renovation of the Grade 2 Listed 15 – 17 Bridge Street, Denbigh was part funded by Denbighshire’s Townscape Heritage Initiative.
The works included the sensitive restoration of the external envelope including re- roofing in slate, repointing the external stonework with lime, refurbishment of the original timber sash windows, replacement sash windows and new cast iron rainwater goods.
The project involved close consultation with Denbighshire’s Townscape Heritage Initiative Officers as well as Planning, Conservation and Building Regulation departments.
