creu were appointed to carry out a feasibility study/ concept design for a residential apartment block on a sloping site in North Wales.

Working in 3D from first principles using Revit as a software platform creu were able to have a full appreciation of the form and massing of the proposed scheme and its impact on the historic context surrounding the site.

Revit also allowed creu to carry out solar studies to assess how the new building will impact natural daylight to the surrounding buildings.
