creu were appointed to carry out a feasibility study/ concept design to extend an existing Nursing Home to provide additional accommodation.

Working with Revit from first principles creu were able to have a full appreciation of the sloping site and carry out solar studies to ensure a suitable amount of sunlit external space is maintained on site. Diagrams were prepared to demonstrate this as well as demonstrating possible phasing options.
