creu were appointed by the main contractor  to  develop a revit model of the contractors proposals based on the planning design drawings. The building was procured with a design and build contractual arrangement for approval where Donald Install Associates where retained as the clients design Architects.

creu attended a client and contractor meeting where the revit model was projected onto a screen and presented  to the  clients in a live environment. refinement to the design and changes to the internal layouts where made and agreed at the meeting.

based on creu’s revit model both the sub structure and superstructure engineers prepared their respective revit models. These where imported by creu into the master model for co- ordination and clash detection.
