Project overview:

This consisted of the conversion of grade 2 listed former agricultural farm buildings in the open countryside into two residential dwellings.

Maintaining the character of the former agricultural building the conversion is finished with a traditional slate roof, lime render and lime pointed stonework and traditionally detailed oak windows and doors. and doors.

From inception the project was developed by Creu using Revit Architecture. This has allowed detailed design discussions with the clients with the aid of 3d visual outputs, material quantity take-offs and for an accurate and fully co-ordinated construction package.
