Williams Homes have successfully handed over the construction of 12No apartments in Holyhead for Grwp Cynefin. Creu prepared a construction package using Revit based on a Planning Approved scheme.

MELIDEN GOODS YARD |
Creu have obtained Planning and Listed Building Consent for Grwp Cynefin and Denbighshire CC for the conversion of the grade 2 listed former Goods Yard, Meliden into a Heritage Centre to support a Lottery Bid for funding. The accommodation will provide a cafe, function room, heritage displays and flexible work units located in converted shipping containers. |

Creu have obtained Planning and Listed Building Consent for a new car park and alterations to the Grade 2* listed Pale Hall, Bala. Refurbishment work is ongoing for a reopening late summer 2016. |

Creu have been appointed by Read Construction, working for Wrexham C.C. for the development of a 4 classroom extension to Penycae School. Planning has been submitted and works are expected to start this summer. |

Creu have been appointed to prepare a Planning Application for a mixed use development of parking, commercial and residential apartments on the site of the former Pavillion, adjacent to the Listed Pier and Grand Hotel, Llandudno. Planning to be submitted by the end of July.16 |

Based on our experience of using Revit as the primary software platform in the office for 9 years and our extensive adoption of BIM methologies of working, Creu are constantly refining our working processes for the preperation of Construction Packages.
To further re-inforce our expertise and efficiencies in this field Creu will shortly be launching a specialist company within Creu called Creu 4.
Creu 4's primary objective will be to provide the industry with the most efficient, coordinated, correct, legible and resolved construction information during RIBA Workstage 4, whatever the project procurement strategy. |
